B | 　　“拉住绳子!一二三，给我顶!”……”     4月21日下午，封开县莲都镇冷水村发生内涝，多户居民家中内涝积水严重，部分群众被困家中，到达现场后，整个村庄已是“汪洋一片”，车辆无法通过，最深处已到达居民住宅二楼，村内积水不断上涨，民兵应急分队通过喊话、询问等方式挨家挨户进行排查。“我们是民兵应急分队，大娘不要害怕，坐好了，我们把你转移到安全点”。民兵应急分队人员采取背、抱的方式转移，将受灾群众转移到救生艇，疏散至安全区域。随后民兵应急分队一户一户搜寻，将被困家中的群众，转移至安全地带。民兵小黄已经连续奋战10小时，他说虽然很疲惫、很累，但是看到受灾的群众能够平安转移到安全地方安置，再苦再累也值得了！　　在长达12个多小时的艰辛救援，截至4月22日凌晨4时，共及时转移被困群众12人，排查房屋30余栋，有效保卫人民群众生命财产安全，筑起了一道钢铁长城。　　此外，部分受灾较严重的镇街，由当地武装部长亲自带领民兵应急力量参与救援，广大民兵应急队员在受洪水影响地区挨家挨户排查、劝告帮助群众搬离，及时救援被困群众。　　编辑：麦婉华。
